Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms. 2b1 is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

2b1 believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Cancellations are not applicable for digital versions of the book or once the physical copy has entered the shipping process.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team (contact@2b1.co.in). The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products. We will ship a replacement copy at no extra cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for delivered goods.
If the product you receive differs significantly from the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery.
Actual products may vary slightly in appearance or text due to manufacturing variations. Upon reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the 2b1 (e.g., failed payment, non-shipped cancellation), it’ll take 10 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Counseling fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule or full refund.
We ensure the highest quality for our publications; however, if you receive a book with binding or printing defects, please notify us within 10 days for a free replacement.
